学术腐败已经成为我国学术界的顽疾。本文将对学术腐败纷繁复杂的表现形式做简要梳理，在此基础上分析得出学术界产生腐败问题的根本原因是学术本身存在的问题，而其中最关键的因素是人事因素。本文将着重考察造成学术腐败的人事因素，通过人事成因的分析，有针对性地提出惩治与遏制学术腐败的若干对策。
<<Academic corruption recently becomes a chronic illness in Chinese academe. This paper describes the manifestations of academic corruption，points out that the inherent causes of academic corruption are problems from academe itself and the key influencing factor is the relational personnel factor. This paper focuses on the personnel factor caused by academic corruption，and expounds the countermeasures to punish and restrain academic corruption.
