This article first analyzes the current legal system of human resource in China. After that the article discusses the trend of human resource legislation and the major tasks for Chinese human resources legislation. Finally,the article points out the key laws and regulations which should be put in the agenda of Chinese legislation and puts forward the detailed suggestions on how to make these laws and regulations.
