China is experiencing an unprecedented change for more than a century. During this change times，Chinese overseas returned scholars and graduates have becoming major forces in modernizing China. As the number of returnees increasing，in the next few decades，China will become more and more attractive to the overseas Chinese talents. Based on this background，this paper summarized the contribution made by Chinese returnees，analyzed Chinese returnees’ general status and their feelings. This paper particularly studies 300 Chinese returnees’ startups and recommends some successful factors.
