The fiscal integrated competitive power for the talent development is needed to be appraised systematically，for the public finance is very important for the talent development，the regional economy in China is quite unbalanced，and the fiscal fund for the talent development is very scattered. It is revealed by the appraisal results that the provincial situation for the fiscal integrated competitive power for the talent development is relating to the positive side with the level of the regional economic development and its fiscal situation. But on the whole，the level is still too low，with some characters of the communities，and the output level is still too little，and more attention is given to the input，while less to the output.
