Nowadays，in order to establish national central city，Guangzhou has to quicken its pace of readjusting the economic structure and changing the developing pattern. This thesis，from the data of the 2nd national economic survey，gives an analysis of the present situation and its economic benefit of the industrial development in Tianhe District. The development train of thought and the countermeasure are put forward about the existing problems to give reference to accelerate the construction of the industrial structure of the city mode to meet the needs of the central zone.
