In this paper，we conduct in-depth analysis of Baiyun economic development in dimensions of industrial structure，spatial distribution，organizational structure，ownership structure，employment structure and economic efficiency，using Baiyun data from the first and second National Economic Census. We also make the horizontal comparison to other districts and county-level cities of Guangzhou，and suggust strategy and countermeasures for future development of Baiyun economy.
