2001年国家新课程改革实施以来,人口较少民族文化融入国家基础教育课程体系的探索和实践已经取得了初步成效。对裕固族、京族、赫哲族三个样本调查点的调查表明,当地学校主要采取校本课程开发的模式将民族文化融入学校课程,课时、师资、教材基本都能得到落实,大多数学生和家长支持“民族文化进学校”。但存在政策法规不健全、管理机制的结构性缺失、教材编写和使用存在不足、师资力量比较薄弱、缺乏社会力量的广泛参与等方面的问题。对此,应采取相应的对策。
<<Since the initiation of curriculum reform in 2001,the integration of ethnic minority groups in national curriculum system of basic education has seen certain progress. According to a sample research on Yu-Kur,Jings,Hezhen,their schools introduce ethnic culture into curriculum mainly by developing school-based curriculum. The requirements in class-hour,faculty,and teaching materials are generally met. While supported by most students and parents,the introduction of ethnic culture still has problems in policies and regulations,management structure,textbook composition and use,faculty strength,and social participation.
