义务教育阶段教师绩效工资政策事关教师的切身利益。根据对东、中、西部教师进行抽样调查的结果显示,实施绩效工资政策后,教师的工资有所增加,对农村教师有所倾斜,但该政策在落实过程中仍遇到诸多问题,需要进一步落实和改进。
<<The policy of “pay for performance” is associated with the essential rights of teachers serving in compulsory education. According to a sample research in eastern,central and western regions,teachers’ salary does rise thanks to this policy,especially in rural areas. Further work and improvement is necessary to address the problems encountered in the implementation process.
