2009年,我国流动人口子女数量继续递增,依然呈现出明显的“家庭化”和“常住化”特征。部分地方政府出台了解决流动儿童教育的新举措。同时,流动人口子女教育问题重心已经从入学机会均等向教育过程的公平转变,流动儿童初中后教育、心理健康、流动儿童师资问题成为目前该领域的突出问题。
<<The number of migrant children kept increasing in 2009,exhibiting distinct features of “in family” and “permanent residence”. Facing this new situation,some local governments adopted measures for education of migrant children. The focus has shifted from equal opportunity to equity in education. Issues such as post-junior-middle education,psychological health,and faculty have become the most significant aspects in the education of migrant children.
