Three main factors affect China’s economic development，namely China’s intrinsic growth trend of economic operation，the development direction of international financial crisis and its influence to the external environment of China’s economic development，and the stability and continuity of domestic macroeconomic control policy strength. From the development trend of main economic bodies such as US，Europe and Japan etc.，the period when the negative impact of international financial crisis is the most serious has passed by，US，European and Japanese economy has gone stable，but the big problems still affect the economic recovery，therefore the external environment which affects China’s of import and export in 2010 is not optimistic yet. If US，European and Japanese economy continues depression mildly，and the strength of domestic regulative policy has a contraction，it is possible for Chinese economy to have secondary touching ground in 2010.
