It is estimated that，gross net demands of exhibition investments for the Shanghai World Expo are approximately 47 billion Yuan. Shanghai City’s total investments for related domains under anticipated World Expo（from 2003 to 2010）are about 320 billion Yuan，and the related net investments due to the World Expo are approximately 80 billion Yuan. The immediate and lagging effects of the investments to GDP will make Shanghai GDP influence to add up to 99.6 billion Yuan from 2003 to 2010.
