Through the joint efforts of all，Capital’s Economy has stabilized and begins to recover，and is expected to achieve a growth of about 10% in 2009. However，as the current recovery is mainly relied on the policy incentives and state-owned investment，there are still many unstable，unbalanced and unconsolidated factors，bringing difficulties for maintaining the growth and the structure adjustment in 2010. To build “People’s Beijing，High-tech Beijing and Green Beijing”，and to adapt to the changing political and economic situation at home and abroad，the development of Capital’s Economy in 2010 will stick to the road of scientific development，to achieve a healthy，sustainable and long-term development. The key tasks will be strengthening and expanding the real economy，optimizing the economic structure，promoting innovation，integrating urban and rural areas，coordinating regional development，and deepening reform.
