On the premise that finishing the objective of macroeconomic control established at the beginning of the year has been basically confirmed，some existing problems should be paid attention，including the structure worsens；the contradiction that the capacity is surplus is getting prominent further；the non-state-owned investment growth is slower than the state-owned investment growth，and so on. The most main problem is that the situation of the largely descending exports is not changed yet. Based on above-mentioned，regarding macroeconomic control policy next year，it is suggested insisting in the policy of expanding the domestic demand，keeping the implementation of proactive fiscal policy and moderately loose monetary policy；putting forth effort to make the substantive progress in the development way；advancing the urbanization safely positively；vigorously creating the demands of export；maintaining linkage and steady development of the housing，automobile and stock markets；advancing all of reform positively.
