本文对食品接触材料的安全性及风险评估现状进行了综述。阐述了食品接触材料的健康危害以及近几年发生的相关食品安全事件,比较了欧盟、美国目前所采用的风险评估方法的异同及各自的优缺点,为我国开展食品接触材料的风险评估提供了重要的参考,并对我国食品接触材料相关法规及标准体系的建立和完善有一定的借鉴作用。
<<The safety situation and risk assessment methods of food contact materials were reviewed in this paper. The potential health hazards and relevant food safety events occurred in recent years were described in detail. The similarities and differences,pros and cons between the current conservative method used by the EU and consumption factor model used by US FDA were compared. This review provided an important reference for initiating the risk assessment of food packaging material in China and can been used as essential information for developing and improving the regulation framework and standard systems on food contact material.
