The article summarized the achievements of food and drug administration in China，and reminded that there were still problems and difficulties in supervision and management to be solved at present. According to the requirements on food & drug supervision of the Party Central Committee，State Council and the Ministry of Health，the tasks of the Food and Drug Administration at all levels on 2010 was programmed.
