    2009年的中国房地产经纪业

    摘要

    受到政策利好、前期积累的大量购房需求集中释放等积极因素的影响,2009年中国的房地产经纪业迅速回暖并健康发展。2009年我国房地产经纪行业在经历着迅速回暖、健康发展的同时,其行业地位也在悄悄地发生着一系列的转变,一方面,在部分城市,二手房交易量占到全部房地产交易总量的50%左右,另一方面,房地产经纪行业比整个房地产业更为迅速地反映着国民经济的发展变化情况。我国的房地产经纪行业将在国民经济健康发展、人民安居乐业等诸多方面发挥越来越重要的积极作用。

    Abstract

    By the positive impact of the policy,and factors such as the collective release of the accumulated demands of house-buying,the real estate brokerage industry is rapidly warming and healthily developed,in 2009. This is mainly driven by the strong demand for house-buying,the rapid rises of the new house prices,the collective release of the accumulated supply of houses,and the positive impact of the policy. With the healthy development of the real estate brokerage industry in 2009,a series of changes is also quietly taking place in the status of the real estate brokerage industry. On one hand,the second-hand housing transactions accounted for about 50% of the total real estate transactions in some cities,on the other hand,the real estate brokerage industry reflects the changes in national economic development more quickly than the entire real estate industry. China’s real estate brokerage industry will play an increasingly important and active role in the healthy development of the national economy,people’s happiness,and many other aspects.
