Housing market in China experienced a powerful V-shaped recovery in 2009. The increasing degrees of several housing construction indicator exceed those of last year. The increasing degree of housing investment expands month by month although the whole amount of investment in 2009 is lower than that in 2008. Housing demand enlarges obviously and housing sales in many cities record high. Housing price ends falling and becomes rising，while the increasing degree expands rapidly. We forecast that both housing demand and housing supply would further increase in 2010，the supply of public housing would be enhanced，and the housing price would be steadily increasing.
