显现于2007年末、以2008年为主的房地产市场调整是房改以来市场首次出现的较为明显的不景气，2009年房地产市场又由回暖到快速反转。本文通过对房地产市场本次调整、反转变化过程的分析，提出了促进房地产市场稳定健康发展的对策建议。
<<Appeared in late 2007 and mainly in 2008，the adjustment of real estate market is the first remarkable recession since the housing reform. The real estate market recovering goes through modest to the quick reversal by the year of 2009.
Based on the analysis on the change of real estate market adjustment and reversal，the paper proposes the countermeasures to promote stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
