The basic theory of property rights system reform in hospitals is discussed in terms of property theory. Based on the theory，researches on the policys of property right system reform in public hospital，the direction of reform and the orientation of the public hospital are conducted in terms of China’s current situation. The suggestions on the construction of ownership-system and inprovment of the corporate governance structure in public hospital are proposed.
