This article makes theoretical analysis about the background and roots of the improper profit association in medicine field，summaries the different characteristics and operations of the different measures which are used for breaking and separating the improper profit association in medicine field，evaluates the execution effect. Meanwhile，this article also loans advanced experience at home and abroad，based on the present situation of health reform，proposes the feasibility program to break the improper profit association. All above are in order to provide reference when the correlated policy is made at the present stage.
