For a long time，the migrant workers’ spiritual and cultural needs are not concerned and don’t get effectively assistance，there are no platform for those migrant workers can participate into actively and willfully. In the Libang Community of Xiwu，Fenghua City Zhejiang Province，they build the first migrant workers grass-root organization through self-management，self-education and self-service，carried out a series of activities with community cultural development，skill training and culture education，to establish the real learning community for the migrant workers. The migrant workers find spiritual and cultural sports and the sense of belonging in this organization.
