所调研地区的农村中小学,在学校布局结构调整中已基本形成初中“一乡一校”,实行寄宿制,中心小学实行部分寄宿,村小和教学点基本无寄宿生。寄宿制学校的积极作用主要表现在硬件及师资上,尤其是对留守儿童、单亲家庭儿童的积极作用较为明显。由于配套设施建设衔接不力以及寄宿制学校内部管理薄弱,办学条件远不能满足需要;寄宿制增加了学校成本和农村家庭经济负担;寄宿生的心理问题值得重视。
<<In the central and western areas investigation,there is one boarding middle school in each town;the central township primary schools are partly boarding,and partly non-boarding;village primary schools and teaching points are rarely boarding. Facilities and the teaching staff are the main advantages of boarding schools,especially for the children with only one parent or without parents’ accompany. The disadvantages are:poor school conditions which caused by not having enough corresponding facilities and ineffective management;the increasing expenditure of both the schools and families;the mental health of the boarding students.
