In the year of 2008，combined with the success of the Beijing Paralympic Games，the special education for the disabled in China has got the unprecedented attention. The central government issued a series of laws，regulations and initiatives for protection and promotion of the disabled people. The disabled children’s learning in regular class policy get developed in practice，the key transferred from the entrance problem to the entrance problem and teaching quality together. The inclusive education becomes the national educational philosophy，and the development direction of the special education in China.
