In 2007，the quantity of all kinds and levels private educations institutions and the students on campus has continuously changed，that reflects the impact of different education regulations. The development of private compulsory education shows that the free policy brings different opportunity for rural private schools. Meanwhile the city private school has decreased because of lack of students. However，some provinces and cities released exciting private education policy. We look forward to the greater breakthrough of private education system.
