During the Wenchuan Earthquake，the primary and middle school teachers and students were the most serious group who got the psychological effect. The post-disaster psychological assistance had the huge scale far-reaching impact，rich content and various forms. But，there were also many problems exposed in this period，such as the unified organization and training，the lack of enough psychology analysis for the school resume. In this article，the author gives the suggestion to strengthen the psychological recovery of the parents，to strengthen the psychological counseling knowledge and skill training of the teachers，to strengthen the life education and to promote the level of psychological aid.
