The Evaluation System takes the Energy Sources Enterprises as the evaluation object，executes according to the relative laws and rules，and takes science，system，pertinency and operationality as the evaluation principle，it mainly adopts analytic hierarchy process aimed to scale the working effect of enterprise “energy saving and environment protection”.
