In this rare Wenchuan earthquake disaster，business community contributes generously to assist the stricken areas to get over difficulties，and actively carry out the corporate social responsibility. Gaining profit and bearing social responsibility are not two opposite behavior，it is essential cost of business from a long-term perspective. This article lists the major performance of corporate social responsibility in Wenchuan earthquake. Corporate social responsibility is not only for its own profit，it can generate positive externalities. By quoting “the third hand”theory，the last part of article propose that business ethics is possible to deal with future natural disasters.
