Building up a socialist harmonious society and fulfilling corporate social responsibilities is an important proposition in new era，corporate responsibility on charity is an important aspect of the corporate social responsibility. This paper introduces the theory of corporate social responsibility and analyzing the situation of corporate social responsibility charity fulfillment in China，then carried out some countermeasures on how to strengthen the fulfillment of charity community in China.
