企业承担社会责任中的一个重要方面就是对劳工权益的保护。劳工作为企业中的重要成员,密切联系着企业的日常生产经营。但是,我国由于历史原因以及国情所在,使得企业长期以来并未对劳工权益的保护充分关注,目前在大多数企业中仍然存在侵害劳工权益的现象,这就有违我们所倡导的企业社会责任的建设。在当前经济社会条件下,我国企业要想得到进一步的发展,必须要加强自身建设,积极承担社会责任。本文首先从劳工保护社会责任出发,揭露我国企业存在的侵害劳工权益的现象,并分析其产生的原因,在文章最后给出建议及解决方法,促使我国企业维护劳工权益,积极承担企业社会责任。
<<Protection of labor rights is an important aspect of enterprise social responsibility. Being an important member of corporate,workers closely ties with the business of the day-to-day production and management. However,due to the real situation and historical reasons,there still exist many violation phenomenon of labor rights which against what we have advocated on corporate social responsibility construction.In the current economic and social conditions,Chinese enterprises want to get further developed only if they can strengthen self-construction and undertake social responsibility. In this article,we firstly expose the existing phenomenon on violating labor’s rights and analyzes the possible reasons from the aspect of enterprise responsibilities on the protection of labor force. In the final part of the article,we make suggestions and solutions on how to promote enterprises to commit their social responsibility.
