Protection of labor rights is an important aspect of enterprise social responsibility. Being an important member of corporate，workers closely ties with the business of the day-to-day production and management. However，due to the real situation and historical reasons，there still exist many violation phenomenon of labor rights which against what we have advocated on corporate social responsibility construction.In the current economic and social conditions，Chinese enterprises want to get further developed only if they can strengthen self-construction and undertake social responsibility. In this article，we firstly expose the existing phenomenon on violating labor’s rights and analyzes the possible reasons from the aspect of enterprise responsibilities on the protection of labor force. In the final part of the article，we make suggestions and solutions on how to promote enterprises to commit their social responsibility.
