The earliest study on the relationship between enterprise and society was merchant donation. Gradually，the research center shifted from merchant to enterprise. Since then，the relevant theory about the relationship developed rapidly，many concepts about this field appeared. This article focuses on relationship between enterprise and society. From the perspective of evolution theory，we introduced businessman ethics，enterprise ethics，enterprise social responsibility，corporate social responding，corporate social performance and enterprise citizenship. At the same time，we systematically introduced the development of the concept of enterprise citizenship.
