In 2008 literature and art workers in Guangzhou took the chance of the 30th Anniversary and carried out series of activities to cooperate with the city task，boost the grass root construction of the Federation of Literature and Art，and made contribution to enhance the cultural soft power of Guangzhou. In 2009 efforts are to be taken to realize the goals of the city publicity and culture task，and to contribute to the construction of national civilized city.
