2008年国内外涌现了关于广州城市规划、建设和管理的大量研究成果。本文分别对广州城市规划、城市建设和城市管理相关的研究成果进行了评述，发现研究成果存在着范围很广、数量很多，但是质量不是很高等特点，提出了广州市政府应该尽快制定相关的政策鼓励相关的科研人员努力提高科研质量和继续增加科研项目数量。
<<A large number of research results have appeared at home and aboard in 2008.This paper reviewed literature of Guangzhou urban planning，constronstruction and administration specifically.The finding is that the character of existing research results have wide range，large quantity and low quality.Therefore，some strategies should be formulated to impove the quality and quantity of research.
