物业管理是社区建设的基础。在社区管理中,物业管理企业、社区居委会和业主委员会是社区共同治理的主体,各管理主体之间形成良性互动,是社区和谐的关键。从调查情况看,物业管理企业与社区居委会的关系比较顺畅;与业主委员会之间的关系比较复杂。辩证分析物业管理企业与业主委员会之间的矛盾,在加强制度建设的前提下,构建物业管理与社区管理的良性互动机制,以此进一步推动和谐社区的建设。
<<Property management is the basis for community construction.In community management,property management firm,community neighborhood committee and proprietor committee are the main bodies in community co-governance.The sound interaction among these bodies is the key for community harmony.According to our investigation,the property management firm goes smooth with community neighborhood committee,but tough with proprietor committee.This paper conducts a dialectical analysis of the Contradictions between property management firm and proprietor committee,proposes a sound interaction mechanism between property management and community management on the premise of strengthening institution construction,and further promotes the construction of harmonious communities.
