This paper debate the relations of China and Central Asian countries in western eye. By analysis of western literature, this paper found that the relations between China and Central Asian countries have been increasingly concerned by the West. Thereby, this paper digs out the reason why the West concern about the estern.Analysis based on new realism, develops around related questions in three dimentions of international structures, region and state.The author found that the change in relatons between China and Central Asia is the end product of all these factors, including long-term, short-term and casual ones. <<
