Since 1978 when China started to implement the Reform and Open up Policy, China's health care system has been changed structurally, and systematic dilemma emerged from the health system reform practice at the meantime. The conclusions are: China's modern health care system framework has been formed basically, but there still exist some systematic defects; the main factors preventing health care system from playing a positive role is the lack of "system integration", and lack of the concept of "system quality and health care system quality"; there is a long way to go to optimize and reorganize existing health care system, and realize the comprehensive and unified development model. <<
