In 2009，under the correct leadership of CPC Committee and Government of Nansha District，with the concern and support of Competent Department of Cultural Publicity and by aiming at targets，seizing opportunities，detailing measures and emphasizing implementation，Nansha District carried out each work step by step，realized various working goals relatively well set at the beginning of this year，and promoted the new development of Cultural Construction of Nansha. In 2010，the cultural work of Nansha should follow the guidance of spirit of 17th National Congress of CPC，as well as the 3rd and 4th Plenary Session of 17th Central Committee of CPC，take “innovating the cultural working model” as the core and “improving charm of Nansha” as the objective，adopt more practical and effective measures，make earnest efforts to various tasks such as culture，broadcasting and TV，press publication，etc.，promote the continuous improvement of cultural facilities，growing popularity of cultural projects that benefit people，constantly enriching the cultural activities，continuously enhancing the protection of cultural heritage，continuously standardizing the management of cultural market and steadily expand the cultural industry.
