2008年是社会主义新农村建设实现良好开局的一年。农业和农村的发展，离不开能源的支持。农村能源问题已经成为“三农”问题中一个重要的影响因素。现阶段，我国农村能源现状到底如何？存在哪些问题？应当如何解决？本报告将农村能源分为太阳能、沼气、生物质能源、小电源四个部分，每一部分之内又分为若干分支，在此基础之上对农村能源进行详细的分析。本报告共分为六部分，分别介绍农村能源的总体现状，农村能源领域内各个行业的现状，农村能源的发展潜力，对农村能源的总和效益进行估算，提出农村能源目前存在的问题，最后给出解决问题对策。
<<2008 witnessed the great start of the building of a new socialist countryside. The development of agriculture and countryside needs the support of energy. Countryside energy is an important influence factor of Three Rural Issues. Currently，how is the status quo of countryside energy in China，what the problems of it and how to solve. This report is divided countryside energy into solar energy，biogas，bioenergy and small power source. Meanwhile，each part also contains several branches. On this basis，we analyze the countryside energy in detail，which includes general and sectors status，development potential，evaluation of total benefit，the present problems and countermeasures for the countryside energy.
