2008年中国社会消费品零售总额首次突破10万亿元,但在国际金融危机冲击下,经济增速过快下滑成为经济运行中的主要矛盾。2009年保持了经济平稳较快发展,通过促进就业再就业、增加居民收入、发展服务业、改善居民消费环境等扩大居民消费。在扩大居民消费中,女性消费具有重要作用。女性拥有家庭消费决策权的“大半边”;女性消费集中体现了居民消费升级的趋势,是社会消费的引导者。金融危机对于消费是“危”、“机”并存,善加应对可转“危”为“机”。加强女性消费研究,引导和促进女性消费科学、健康、合理发展具有重大现实意义。
<<China’s total retail sales of consumer goods exceed 10 trillion yuan in 2008. However,with the world financial crisis hitting China,economic growth has slowed down. This has become the main challenge to our national development. The year 2009 has seen a stable economy growing steadily. The development has been achieved through promoting employment,increasing people’s income,growing service sector and improving consumption environment so as to boost domestic demand. While promoting people’s consumption,women have played a pivotal role. They hold more than half the sky on family consumption decision-making and their consumption shows trends moving up the ladder of consumption. Women are leaders of social consumption. Financial crisis presents both danger and opportunity to consumers. If handled properly danger can be turned into opportunity. It is of great realistic significance that women consumption research should be strengthened to guide and promote women consumption development healthily,scientifically and rationally.
