Service industry has a great potential for development. Women have become a decisive force in service industry. It is an important way to create jobs for women or for women to create jobs for others. So we should develop service industries that are quick to set up，can absorb huge number of people and produce results fast. To affectively deal with financial crisis，an important measure is to promote domestic demand and expand service consumption. So we must fully develop service and travel consumption，boost women service consumption and family consumption，raise supply standard for family service consumption，strengthen family consumption capacity and improve family life quality. All women’s federations should do well four services to promote women’s employment and boost women’s consumption：providing publicity work and making good guidance，providing examples and leading others to follow，providing training and raising women’s quality，providing coordination and helping women develop together.
