2007~2008年是中国城镇住房建设跌宕起伏的两年。2007年住房建设在国家实施紧缩的宏观调控下延续了加快速度,多数指标达到近年来的新高。2008年在国际国内经济形势影响下,全年住房出现了滞销。下半年国家及地方政府调整了住房政策,鼓励普通住房消费。本文在分析房地产调控政策及住房建设现状、存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
<<It’s really a complicated plot with a quirky twist in Chinese housing and building between 2007 and 2008.In 2007,our government brought into macro-control effects of deflation with the acceleration speed,a lot of the norms up to their new levels. The housing become unmarketable with the economical international and national influence in 2008. The housing policy was adjusted by the state and local government in the second half of 2008,they encouraging normal housing consumption. This paper analyzes real estate-control policy,present situation and problems of the housing issue,with orientation to policy reco mmendation.
