2007年以来，随着商品房价居高不下，中国住房保障问题日益引起社会各界及中央政府的高度关注，加强政府的住房保障制度建设，成为解决民生的当务之急。本文分析了2007～2008年城市住房保障制度建设的进展情况、存在的问题和对策。
<<Since 2007，with housing price going up，the issue of housing security in China has increasingly been highlighted by all sectors of the community and central government. Reinforcing the governmental housing security system becomes the urgent thing of settling the common people’s life. This paper analyzes the progress，current problems and measures in building the urban housing security system in China between 2007-2008.
