Chinese urban medical services and policy system has improved obviously these years. The capability of illness control has boosted up. More people are now covered by medical insurance. Medical science and technology and the level of people’s health has improved much. Most health indexes are at the top of developing countries. But there are many problems in this area. Just as there are not enough fund for medical insurance，not enough community medical insurance etc. To face these problems，we should improve medical insurance system and the cooperative health care system. Medical insurance should be brought into regional health care planning. Health care and medical insurance for the poor groups should be enhanced.
