The author analyses and recall the situation and features of China’s urban economic development of 2007 and 2008. On this basis，the author analyses and predict China’s urban economic development trend of 2009. At the end，the author analyses the problems and challenges of China’s urban economic development under the background of financial crisis and economic adjustment，and then put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
