本文首先简明扼要介绍了澳门特别行政区法律的现状和构成澳门特区法律的五个主要渊源，以及澳门特区法律改革的计划和组织；其次重点分析了澳门特区法律改革的原因、进程和遇到的困难；最后展望并提出了澳门特区法律改革的前景、有利的因素和改革的重点。
<<This study briefly introduces the current situation of the laws and regulations of the Macao Special Administrative Region. It discusses five main sources of the laws and regulations of Macao SAR and elaborates the law reforming plan and organization of Macao SAR. The study focuses on analyzing the reform causes，processes and difficulties encountered in the law reform process. Based on the discussions above，the study envisages the future of the law reform of Macao SAR，and further summaries the positive factors and focuses of the law reform of Macao SAR.
