The employment structure is an important measure of the efficiency of resource allocation for a country or region. In this paper, with analysis of the industrial structure of the Guangxi employment, urban and rural structure, industry structure and educational structure, we found that the structure of employment in Guangxi is still in a low level; this paper constructs a VAR model to dissect the factors who affect the changes in the structure of employment, the result shows that foreign direct investment, exports and other factors had the greatest impact. <<
