澳门经济近三十年来出现显著的波动，澳门经济的大起大落，固然有其经济结构上的原因，也跟澳门劳动就业与人力资源的结构性问题有密切关系。本文通过分析澳门劳动力及评估人力资源，对澳门劳动力供给及人力资源需求状况进行分析，为长远解决澳门劳动就业与人力资源的结构性问题提出分析和建议。
