As an important element of Macao industry’s spontaneous growth，the development of exhibition as a business is still in its infancy. The author describes elements，such as venue construction，MICE project operation and MICE human resource integration that need improvement. With the support of the public and private sectors，MICE human resource development in Macao has been consistently developing. The author projects that the future development of MICE in Macao will be concentrated on the Cotai Strip. Based on recent Macao MICE activity and organization the author believes that MICE events pertinent to the gaming industry，the introduction of highly specialized brands and the processing of unique brands will have wider rooms to grow and develop.
