After years of hard work，many high tech enterprises with strong capability of indigenous innovation and international competitiveness arise in Guangzhou and form a group of innovative entrepreneurs and technical forces，as well as many technical patents and self-owned brands，which support and lead economic and social development effectively and improve Guangzhou’ s role as a regional sci-tech center. However，there are still some problems in fostering large-scale high-tech enterprises in Guangzhou. Government should play the strategic direction role and formulate practical and feasible policies supporting the development of high-tech industry，so as to accelerate the scalization development of high-tech enterprises.
