The establishment of constitutional review mechanism is the key to ensuring the unity of the legal system. Based on the current state system and legal tradition，China has adopted a composite mode of constitutional review mechanism，namely different mechanisms are used for the review of laws，administrative regulations and ministerial rules or local regulations in light of the different levels of legal effect of legal norms. This article examines and analyzes the mechanisms for the constitutional review of laws，administrative regulations，local regulations and ministerial rules and puts forward concrete suggestions on the improvement of these mechanisms.
