本文讨论了有关法律协调的问题，其出发点主要是欧洲关于统一法律规范和机构的争论，也涉及与全球主义方法有关的议题。上述视角是基于作者对法律史的兴趣产生的。本文的重点是欧洲联盟的官方统一项目，但也分析了非官方学术项目的想法和建议（如兰多委员会起草的欧洲合同法原则等）。
<<In the paper questions related to legal harmonization are discussed.The starting point lies mainly in debates on harmonization of legal norms and institutions in Europe，but also topics relevant for a more global approach are discussed. The perspective is dominated by the author’s interest in legal history. The focus of the paper is on official harmonization projects，mainly within the European Union （EU），but ideas and proposals of unofficial academic projects （such as Lando Commission drafting Principles of European Contract Law，Principles of European Contract Law） are analyzed as well.
